Atlanta’s high-tech community numbers more than 13,000 companies, and it continues to grow. The city is known for its strengths in telecom, Internet security and digital media, with manufacturing and software development offering employment to tens of thousands of Georgians.
One of the metro area’s greatest strengths is its sense of community. The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), one of the largest tech organizations in the country, brings together the technology community through events, initiative programs and networking opportunities.
